Function: Probable guanine nucleotide exchange factor. Subunit: Interacts with Ras. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in a wide variety of tissues with strong expression being seen in the heart, brain, kidney, spleen and testis. Similarity: Contains 1 N-terminal Ras-GEF domain.
