When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Function: Stabilizes the TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)/CD3 complex at the surface of T-cells. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane. Tissue Specificity: Strongly expressed in thymus, and to a lesser extent in spleen, lymph node and peripheral blood lymphocytes. Present in T-cells and NK cells, but not B-cells (at protein level). Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated on tyrosines by LCK or FYN upon TCR activation.
