儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

laminins are the major noncollagenous components of basement membranes that mediate cell adhesion, growth migration, and differentiation; the laminin-type epidermal growth factor-like module occurs in tandem arrays; the domain contains 4 disulfide bonds (loops a-d) the first three resemble epidermal growth factor (EGF); the number of copies of this domain in the different forms of laminins is highly variable ranging from 3 up to 22 copies.

Function:
Binding to cells via a high affinity receptor, laminin is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components.

層粘連蛋白在細(xì)胞發(fā)育過(guò)程中刺激細(xì)胞粘著、細(xì)胞運(yùn)動(dòng)。LN能夠刺激胚胎中神經(jīng)軸的生長(zhǎng),并促進(jìn)成年動(dòng)物的神經(jīng)損傷后重生長(zhǎng)和再生。如同纖粘連蛋白,細(xì)胞外的LN能夠影響細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、遷移和分化。LN在原生殖細(xì)胞的遷移中起關(guān)鍵作用。
層粘連蛋白是細(xì)胞外基底膜的主要組成部分,分布于基底膜和細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)內(nèi)、成纖維細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和平滑肌細(xì)胞分泌層粘連蛋白。腫瘤的浸潤(rùn)和轉(zhuǎn)移與其遭到破壞相關(guān)。該抗體可用于標(biāo)記基底膜,有助于觀察腫瘤周圍基底膜的分布及其改變,間接提示該腫瘤的分化程度和浸潤(rùn)情況。
