| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: HOXB4 is a homeodomain-containing transcription factor with diverse roles in embryonic development and the regulation of adult stem cells. It promotes proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and can both activate and repress apoptosis. Function: Sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Similarity: Belongs to the Antp homeobox family. Deformed subfamily. Contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. OXB4通過激活不同的信號通路增強HSC的自我更新,同時又不影響維持正常穩(wěn)態(tài)造血的調(diào)控機制。提高HOXB4的表達水平,能夠極大地增強HSC的自我更新功能,但基本不影響細胞的分化、系特異性及終末細胞的形態(tài)和功能。另外，HOXB4還可增強胚胎干細胞(embryonic stem cell,ESC)的造血潛能,促進ESC向造血細胞分化。 |
