When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Little to no expression was detected in adult brain and skeletal muscle or in fetal brain, thymus and spleen. Post-translational modifications: Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR (By similarity).
