When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Ketamine is a drug used in human and veterinary medicine. Its hydrochloride salt is sold as Ketanest, Ketaset, and Ketalar. Pharmacologically, ketamine is classified as an NMDA receptor antagonist.[2] At high, fully anesthetic level doses, ketamine has also been found to bind to opioid Mu receptors and sigma receptors.[3][4] Like other drugs of this class such as tiletamine and phencyclidine (PCP), it induces a state referred to as "dissociative anesthesia"[5] and is used as a recreational drug. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 氯胺酮(Ketamine),又稱為開他敏、K粉,是一種非巴比妥類靜脈全麻藥。氯胺酮(ketanine)是苯環己哌啶(phencyclidine)的衍生物。臨床所用的氯胺酮是右旋氯胺酮和左旋氯胺酮兩對映異構體的消旋體。實驗研究表明,右旋氯胺酮的麻醉效價為左旋氯胺酮的4倍,而蘇醒期精神運動反應卻較少。市售氯胺酮為其鹽酸鹽,易溶于水,pH3.5~5.5,pK a 7.5。 由于氯胺酮具有一定的精神依賴性,易使人形成癮癖,便成為娛樂場所的常用毒品。這種外觀純白的細結晶體為鼻吸或溶于飲料后飲用,能興奮心血管,吸食過量可致死。吸食者在其作用下會瘋狂搖頭,可能造成心力、呼吸衰竭。吸食過量或長期吸食,心、肺、神經都可能造成致命損傷。 充分認識“K粉”濫用對人體和社會造成的危害。不要輕信“K粉”不會成癮的說法而去嘗試,目前我國已將“K粉”列入和冰毒、嗎啡、度冷丁等同屬于毒品類,并嚴厲打擊販賣及吸食“K粉”。 |
