SWISS: P05452 Gene ID: 7123 Database links: Entrez Gene: 7123 Human Entrez Gene: 21922 Mouse Omim: 187520 Human SwissProt: P05452 Human SwissProt: P43025 Mouse Unigene: 476092 Human Unigene: 34588 Mouse 四連接素(Tetranectin, TN)是一種血纖維蛋白溶酶原結合蛋白,可出現在血漿及細胞外基質(extracellular matrix, ECM)。TN除了它的血纖維蛋白溶酶原結合蛋白特性外,還能與肝磷脂、載脂蛋白(a),組織纖維蛋白溶酶原激活劑,肝細胞生長因子及血管他丁。TN的表達可在各種內分泌組織、內皮細胞、及間質細胞檢測到,其中間質細胞包括成纖維細胞、單核細胞和中性粒細胞。血清TN水平的下降可見于創傷后或急性心肌梗塞后,類風濕性關節炎及惡性腫瘤等。雖然TN的確切生物學功能未被證實,一些實驗證據表明TN在組織的修復重建中起重要的作用。TN可以增加組織型纖維蛋白溶酶原激活劑催化激活纖維蛋白溶酶原以多聚賴氨酸的催化激活作用。因為活化的纖維蛋白溶酶原被公認在細胞外基質的退變中起重要作用。 |
